What is a Guardian?
A guardian is an advocate and legally appointed to act on behalf of the client. Mark Chmielewski has been working as a legally appointed guardian for nearly thirty years in the Sarasota and Manatee County area.
Our Services
We offer guardianship, care management, referral and assistance with placement in Nursing homes, referral and monitoring of private duty caregivers, care level assessment, Medicare or Medicaid filling, bill paying and financial management and asset liquidation.
